Shipping policy

At Pretty Driven Co., every order is handmade and prepared with care. Because each decal is produced, weeded, packaged, and checked before shipment, please allow time for both processing and carrier delivery.

Processing Time

Our current processing time is:

4–7 business days

Due to higher order volumes, our processing time has temporarily increased to ensure every order is made and packaged properly.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or major holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Where We Ship From

All Pretty Driven Co. orders are made and shipped from:

Las Vegas, Nevada

Once your order has finished processing, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

Estimated Shipping Time

After your order ships, delivery typically takes approximately:

2–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Your total estimated timeframe from placing your order to delivery is generally around 6–15 business days, although many orders may arrive sooner.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information when tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to begin updating after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet shipped. However, once an order has been transferred to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Pretty Driven Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered during checkout.

Delayed Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally happen after an order leaves our hands.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit and delivery times are controlled by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other unexpected delays.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact the carrier first. You may also reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around your delivery area, mailbox, porch, or parcel locker.

Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.

Allow an additional 24–48 hours, as some carriers may mark packages delivered slightly before arrival.

Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we’ll help however we can.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.
